  • 1 ready-made pie crust
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/3 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup mild cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 cup graham cracker crumbs (optional)
  • 8 ounces pineapple slices


  1. Unroll pie crust, and form into a pie plate.

  2. Whisk the eggs in a medium bowl.

  3. Add the cottage cheese, milk, ham, green onion, salt and pepper and mix well.

  4. Pour into the prepared crust.

  5. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the egg mixture.

  6. Optional: Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs over the cheese.

  7. Lay the pineapple slices on top.

  8. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for about 40 minutes until the eggs look set and golden brown.
